Touchstone Neurorecovery Center is dedicated to providing individualized, holistic, compassionate post-acute brain injury rehabilitation in a safe and comfortable environment to patients with brain injuries or other neurological impairments.  Our specially trained medical and healthcare professionals deliver a full continuum of care in family-oriented surroundings.

Our goal is always to help patients reclaim the greatest level of independence and as much of their quality of life as possible.  We believe in treating patients like we would want our own families treated.  Families play a vital role in each patient’s road to recovery and we welcome you to attend family education, support and training sessions.

Touchstone Neurorecovery Center is nationally recognized for delivering neurobehavioral rehabilitation in beautiful, natural surroundings. Touchstone offers a full continuum of care for adults and adolescents aged 16½ or older with neurological deficits in a peaceful setting. We are located in Conroe, TX with immediate access to three large general hospitals and located an hour’s drive from the world renowned Texas Medical Center.

Touchstone’s physician-led team includes physicians board-certified in neurology, physical medicine and rehabilitation, and psychiatry who partner with a variety of physician sub specialists to provide seamless care.  Touchstone emphasizes practical treatment programs designed to meet the medical, physical, behavioral, vocational and community re-entry needs of our residents.
