Bilingual Services

Meeting the needs of Spanish-speaking residents and their families is an important goal for the treatment team at Touchstone.  Open and clear lines of communication are important in order to maximize the effectiveness of our programs for each resident. At Touchstone, we strive to employ as many bilingual staff as possible in order to assist our patients with feeling both at home and that their needs are understood.  We have a cultural competency plan and our staff receives multiple trainings annually on a wide array of cultures. 

The facility maintains a contract with Language Line in order to utilize translation services in over 300 other languages as needed for patients and/or family members.
